One Small Step!
On Saturday the 23rd of April, 2022, history was made in a small pub on Lagos Island. A young brave comic, Timi Adetayo hosted the first ever paid live event on the flok app!
Users unable to attend physically were able to attend by purchasing the event for $5 via the flok app. From the venue in Lagos, to devices in countries around the world, fans were graced with several hours of hilarious acts from the new school of Comedy.
Our engineering team made sure that the stream was as without incident as possible, and for our first time, it was a truly worthwhile experience for viewers.
